The anti saloon league partaking in saloon culture was seen as a leading organization back in the 20th century. It was an important factor and key procedure in order to captivate prohibition in the South. This league was built on opinions and beliefs on social statures as well as chains based on the thoughts of the leader, Howard Hyde Russell.
